With over 15 years' experience in a wide range of business sectors, Su applies a wider commercial understanding aligned to a more enabling environment that allows people - and therefore their organisations - to thrive.

Working with a wide range of professionals from senior leaders to frontline sales professionals. Su is most often found facilitating workshops and learning events across the globe from Arizona to Dubai. She speaks regularly at events on how to establish a culture of trust and create engaging places for people to do their best work.
