With over 15 years' experience in a wide range of business sectors, Su applies a wider commercial understanding aligned to a more enabling environment that allows people - and therefore their organisations - to thrive.

Su is most often found facilitating workshops and learning events across the globe from Arizona to Dubai. She speaks regularly at events on how to establish a culture of trust and create engaging places for people to do their best work.

She has a Master’s degree in Political Science and in her past roles, she worked as a content developer, SME and instructional designer.
